INGREDIENTS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Ingredients

01

600 g boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

02

150 g plain Greek yoghurt

03

1 tbsp lemon juice

04

1 tbsp tikka masala spice blend

05

1 tsp ground cumin

06

1 tsp paprika

07

2 garlic cloves, finely grated

08

1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated

09

1 tbsp olive oil, salt and black pepper

10

To serve: flatbreads, cucumber yoghurt dip, lemon wedges and fresh coriander

THE PROCESS

Cook it together.

01
STAGE 01

Make the Marinade

Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, tikka spice blend, cumin, paprika, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Add the chicken and stir until every piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or up to overnight.

02
STAGE 02

Get the Table Ready

Prepare the flatbreads, lemon wedges and fresh coriander. Spoon the cucumber yoghurt dip into a serving bowl.

Keep raw chicken and its utensils separate from ready-to-eat ingredients. Remove the chicken from the fridge just before cooking.

03
STAGE 03

Sizzle and Share

Lightly oil the preheated Rondue and cook the chicken in batches, turning regularly so the pieces colour evenly.

Cook until the chicken is completely cooked through and reaches 75°C at the centre. Avoid overcrowding the cooking surface.

Serve with warm flatbreads, yoghurt dip, lemon and coriander. Let everyone assemble their own bites at the table.
